Providing Exceptional Care to Our Patients
Heather Eslinger
Heather is a graduate of Largo High School and The University of West Florida, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. As a former high school and collegiate athlete who ran both Cross Country and Track, Heather began her career in the medical field in 2014 under the guidance of Dr. Lora Brown in St. Petersburg, Florida. Since then, she has collaborated with top companies in the Hormone Replacement Industry.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Heather takes pride in being a mother of two, Jordan (15) and Landon (8), as well as being engaged to Corey Bailey, a former UNLV Graduate and Basketball player. Heather has been involved in the Fitness Industry (NPC / IFBB) since 2010, and currently competes as an NPC National Figure Athlete. With several years of experience in both industries and running companies for others, Heather took a bold step and co-founded Premier Alternative Medicine with her friend and business partner Jon Chaplin.
Dr. Charles Talakkottur has been practicing medicine since 2008. He was a former hospitalist and currently has numerous outpatient offices in the Tampa Bay area. He is a medical review officer as well as a clinical preceptor to numerous schools for nurse practitioner students, medical students, and physician assistant students. He is a multi published author and performs independent medical examinations and is a medical expert witness. His experience in medicine involves complex care of chronic illnesses in adults and he is trained in point of care ultrasound, botox, fillers, testosterone, weight loss, peptides, many procedures, and is a consultant to numerous medical organizations.

Kacie B. Carl, DNP, CRNA, APRN
Kacie is a native of St. Petersburg, Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance (2009), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2015), and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Nurse Anesthesia (2022) from The University of South Florida. She is a practicing Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in St. Petersburg, Florida, and a certified Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) at Premiere Alternative Medicine.
Kacie’s interest in bodybuilding began in 2011 when she became a NPC Bikini bodybuilding competitor, earning qualification to compete at the National level in 2012. Although her time competing was brief, her passion for lifting and body composition has persisted. In her leisure hours, Kacie relishes time with her family, partner of six years, Kyle, and their Whippet, Palin. She enjoys snow skiing, stand-up comedy, and volunteering in her community.
